Meet Our Co-Founder
Endri Kosturi builds brands that scale—and teams that stay. With over two decades of hands-on leadership across mass premium and luxury dining, he has transformed early-stage operations into expansive, multi-territory groups through high-impact systems, creative foresight, and a philosophy of value-first execution. Under his direction, one group quadrupled its profitability in five years—powered by integrated brand, operational, and people strategies that drove retention, performance, and growth.
My North Star: Hospitality Is Generosity
True hospitality is not a service. It’s an act of giving—to your team, your partners, and ultimately your guests. That generosity begins internally. It’s the value you build before value is ever captured. I treat hospitality not as an industry, but as a value system.
It is as creatively orchestrated as producing a Hollywood film, and as operationally complex as launching a satellite. From risk management to team coordination, every component must work together seamlessly. That's why I believe in simplifying the complex and obsessing over the details—because what gets measured gets improved.
The Future Of Hospitality
The future of hospitality will not be led by concept alone, but by integration:
Unified systems
Actionable data
Authentic, repeatable value
Membership and subscription ecosystems
Crest Eagle was born from this conviction: to make complex systems elegant, to obsess over details without becoming lost in them, and to create high-frequency brands that are culturally rich, operationally lean, and financially future-proof.
ENDRI KOSTURI
Co-Founder Of Crest Eagle
Endri Kosturi leadership in people development has been pivotal. The systems he implemented for a 500-strong premium casual group earned a sector-first recognition in the Sunday Times Top 50 Best Companies to Work For. A dedicated systems architect, Endri has also played a strategic role in advancing the hospitality technology ecosystem. His contributions include designing FinTech payment solutions that expanded market reach, co-developing CRM platforms with 4D client segmentation and predictive retention algorithms—doubling client retention and strengthening unit economics—and upgrading L&D and HR platforms now widely adopted across the sector.
Endri’s creative foresight and agile leadership proved especially critical during global disruption. He ensured business continuity, delivered P&Ls with 28% EBITDA margins for one group, and retained entire workforces by reshaping operations in response to new guest behaviors and market conditions.
At the heart of Endri’s methodology is a deep engagement with the creative process. He collaborates intimately with founders, interior designers, and brand architects to bring hospitality concepts to life through theatrical yet highly functional design. His creative direction focuses on emotional architecture—spaces that not only serve a purpose but provoke feeling, designed to resonate with guests at every time of day and for every occasion. From the precise distance between diners to custom seating typologies, each detail is obsessively calibrated to enhance atmosphere and optimize spatial profitability. His philosophy is unequivocal: never place a bad table. Every layout is sculpted to boost flow, maximize guest retention, and improve operational feasibility—transforming venues into immersive, multi-layered experiences that are both culturally expressive and commercially intelligent.
Endri founded Crest Eagle from a core conviction: to architect authentic, compounding value in hospitality through a distinct, forward-thinking lens. Rather than inherit traditional playbooks, Crest Eagle builds culturally rich, operationally lean brands and intelligent systems that transform underutilized assets into capital-efficient, high-retention legacies. Its asset-light, IP-driven models deliver superior guest experiences and scalable partner returns—without passing unnecessary investment burdens to the guest.
