At 10, I debugged a car-chase video game I coded in GW-BASIC in pre Dotcom, fixing a line of code buried in over 10,000 lines. That instinct—to trace problems to the root and rebuild from there—never left me.
Decades later, I led a hospitality group through the COVID crisis. While others shut down and cut staff, we chose transformation. We retained all 300 employees. Within three months of forced closure, we were the first restaurant group to reopen. That year, we posted year-on-year growth.
How? By solving:
Retention: I developed an in-house CRM that doubled client return rates.
Scalability: I built systems that took us from 35 employees to 500, across five territories.
Learning: I redesigned L&D and HR tools to scale sustainably.

Endri Kosturi leadership in people development has been pivotal. The systems he implemented for a 500-strong premium casual group earned a sector-first recognition in the Sunday Times Top 50 Best Companies to Work For. A dedicated systems architect, Endri has also played a strategic role in advancing the hospitality technology ecosystem. His contributions include designing FinTech payment solutions that expanded market reach, co-developing CRM platforms with 4D client segmentation and predictive retention algorithms—doubling client retention and strengthening unit economics—and upgrading L&D and HR platforms now widely adopted across the sector.
